Our Route:  We flew directly to Siem Reap, the town adjancent to the Angkor ruins, from Bangkok.  We would have liked to have had more time to visit other areas of the country, but we had to get on to Vietnam in time for the Tet (new year) festivities.  So, after four days in Siem Reap, we flew directly to Saigon.
