Our Route:  Zimbabwe was actually the very beginning of our 16-day safari through Botswana. We had two nights here, in the famous Victoria Falls area, before we went on to our Botswana wilderness camping experience. Victoria Falls lies in the far western corner of Zimbabwe. It's the real adrenalin capital of Africa, offering white water rafting, bungee jumping and hot air ballooning and all kinds of other adventure sports. Sadly, we only had two days in Zimbabwe before we had to head to Botswana. We were hoping to spend more time in Zimbabwe on our own, but it wasn't in the cards for us this time around. We hope to come back someday!
